Incursion

Incursion is a roguelike race-against-time with an emphasis on fast-paced, visceral third-person gun-play and creative build customisation.

Experience a unique roguelike structure where the player faces many combat time-trials to gain power before the inevitable final boss arrives.

The player must progress quickly to earn the right to face the toughest challenges and scavenge the strongest rewards in time for the last stand. Failing to do so spells certain doom for humanity.

Years ago, the world was brought to ruin by forces once thought impossible. The last vestige of humanity cowers on the isle of Sanctuary. Low on resources, running out of time and morale sundered. In a bold and reckless act, the survivors turn to exploiting the mysterious rift found on Sanctuary.

Play as Rhea, the boldest and most reckless of the surviving few. Invade the strange dimension and plunder resources then use her engineering prowess to enhance and personalise your arsenal for the fight ahead. Each upgrade lets you push further for stronger rewards and tougher challenges.

Beware, however, for each expedition spends the precious time between you and the primordial threat encroaching on Sanctuary.

There is so little left to save. What remains cannot go quietly.

Incursion is a game developed over the course of 7 months by Cignature Studios, a third-year student team at Falmouth University consisting of five artists, three designers and two programmers:
